On this web site you will find lots of advice and tips and ideas on designing and installing your new kitchen, whether it ends up as shaker style or not.
Our shaker kitchens with their simple classic lines are certainly fashionable at present, but their robust construction, their timeless design and the ability to refinish them in years to come will ensure their longevity. See also cottage style
Situated in the county of Gwent, on the border between Wales and England, we have been producing custom made kitchens and other bespoke furniture since 1980.
We now specialise in supplying Painted Kitchens, in Shaker or Cottage style, custom made to suit your kitchen, at lower prices than you might think.
We supply to architects, builders and homeowners. Most of our customers want a lot of input into the design.
We install our kitchens in Gwent and other areas near to our workshop, also in London when time permits. We are happy to design and deliver our painted kitchens to other parts of the country. We offer full advice on installation.

Many talents and occupations contributed to a legacy of fine craft and ingenuity, best known are the simple yet beautiful Shaker-made furnishings and tools.
Modern shaker style kitchens, including ours, are an attempt to emulate their achievements.
" Do your work as though you had a thousand years to live, and as if you were to die tomorrow."
Unlike the Amish communities, who spurn modern inventions, the shakers used the latest technologies to improve their work or increase their productivity. They are credited with the invention of the circular saw. We can only guess what they would have thought of MDF?
